What are your box office hours?

September - May
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Extended hours are added prior to events and performances.

When do tickets go on sale?

Ticket on-sale dates at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center vary depending on the event.
  • Subscription series tickets typically go on sale in the spring for the upcoming season.

  • Individual tickets for our subscription series shows typically go on sale 6-8 weeks after our Subscription Packages have been placed on sale.

  • All Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School events typically go on sale 4 weeks prior to the event.

  • Tickets for all other events go on sale anywhere from 4 weeks to 12 weeks prior to the event.

  • Please check our events page, or call our box office at (724) 576-4644, to inquire about on sale dates for any of our upcoming shows.

How do I access my patron/client portal via your website through your new software?

There are numerous ways to access your patron portal. The easiest way is to click on an event as if you are going to purchase tickets. At that time, you will be directed to a new window. Once in this new window, you will see LOGIN in the upper right-hand corner (next to the shopping cart.) If you have purchased tickets with Lincoln Park before and this is your first time using our new system, simply enter your email address in the LOGIN field and click FORGOT PASSWORD. You will then be sent an email containing log in instructions to reset your password. Once in your patron portal, you will be able to manage payments, print tickets, make donations, and more!

If you have not purchased with us before, or are unsure of your email address, click REGISTER. You will then walk through the registration process. If our system recognizes your email address, you will receive a RED message that says you already have an account. If this is the case, click FORGOT PASSWORD and follow the steps you are emailed.

Can I switch dates on my single tickets?

Single tickets can be exchanged with a $2.50 per ticket exchange fee and Subscription Series ticket holders may exchange their tickets for a different date of the same Subscription Series show free of charge.

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or single ticket exchanges. However, they can be donated back to Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center for resale for a tax credit. Returned tickets must be received 24 hours prior to the performance you are unable to attend. You will receive an acknowledgement letter by mail within two weeks.

Can you hold seats for me and I’ll pay later?

Tickets cannot be held without payment. Payment is required at the time of order placement.

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Yes, every “body” needs a ticket.

Are there senior discounts on tickets?

As Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center’s ticket prices are already reasonably priced, no discounts are available to seniors.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and cash for individual shows and Subscription Series purchases.

Checks are accepted for Group Sales and Subscription Series purchases only.

Do you offer group discounts?

Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center’s offers a 10% discount of a group of 10 or more

What should I do if I lost my ticket?

Call our Box Office at (724) 576-4644 so they can assist you with the easiest way to reprint your ticket. You can also access your patron portal and reprint them yourself.

What time do the doors open for performances?

The Atrium doors open one hour prior to the show time. The theater doors open a half hour prior to curtain.
Atrium doors open two hours prior to the performance time when food trucks are being offered. The theater doors open half an hour prior to curtain.

Where is Lincoln Park located?

Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center is located at 1 Lincoln Park, Midland, PA 15059.

Where can we park?

All parking at Lincoln Park is FREE.
  • Parking is available in the parking lot directly behind the building, the lot behind Amoco Gas Station, the lot located at 900 Midland Avenue, and in the lot on Beaver Avenue on the 10th Street side of the building.

  • On-street parking is also available all around Lincoln Park; patrons should be aware of yellow curbs which indicate no-parking zones.

  • There are a number of marked accessible parking spaces available in the lot directly behind the building.

  • Large vans and buses can use the parking lot located at 1200 Midland Avenue.

  • All parking lots are marked with Lincoln Park signage.

Are there accessible parking spaces?

Yes, there are marked accessible parking spaces located in the parking lot directly behind our building.

Are the theaters accessible with ADA access?

MainStage Theater
Our MainStage Theater is completely accessible. There are ramps to get to the lower level of the theater which provide easy access for wheelchairs, walkers, etc. Handicap and wheelchair accessible seating with companion seats is available in certain areas. Please contact our Box Office so they can help provide you with the best seat for your needs.

BlackBox Theater
Our BlackBox Theater is accessible on the lower level with limited wheelchair accessible seating. Stairs are required to get to the balcony level of our BlackBox Theater.

Is there elevator access to the balconies of the MainStage and BlackBox Theaters?

MainStage Theater
There is elevator access to the second floor of our MainStage Theater. This provides access to our balcony seating and mezzanine level. Additional restrooms are located on the mezzanine level as well.

BlackBox Theater
There is not elevator access to the balcony level of our BlackBox Theater.
